Eligibility Details
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) in Town Planning / Urban Planning / City Planning / Rural Planning / Infrastructure Planning / Regional Planning / Transport and Communication Planning / Geo-landscape Architecture / Urban Design OR Post Graduate Degree (M. Plan) in Environmental Planning OR Passed the A.I.T.P. examination. Note: B.E. or M.E. in Transport and Communication is not valid.
- Employment Registration (MP Domicile): Must have live registration in MP Employment Office. Candidates from outside MP are exempted.
- Registration Certificate: Can be submitted at the time of interview.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Written Examination (OMR Based)
- Interview
- Final Merit List
- Document Verification
Stage 1: Written Examination
- The written exam will be conducted in Offline (OMR Based) mode.
- The paper will consist of Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their written exam marks.
- Negative Marking is applicable for incorrect answers.
- OMR answer sheets will be evaluated through an optical scanner.
Stage 2: Interview
- Candidates shortlisted from the written examination will be called for the interview.
- The Commission will call 3 times the total vacancies in each category for the interview (including candidates securing the cutoff marks).
- Interview Marks: 100

Final Merit List

- In such cases, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their Graduation/Post Graduation academic marks.
