- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Sciences and Technology is not acceptable for the Chemical Engineering stream
- The required qualification must be acquired on or before the last date of application

Geologist & Engineer (E1 Level): Salary Details
Pay Scale (Level E1): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-
- Approx. CTC: ₹26 Lakhs
- Annual Increment @ 3%
- Allowances @ 35% of Basic Pay (Cafeteria Approach)

Geologist & Engineer (E1 Level) Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
Selection for the E1 Level Geologist and Engineer posts is done through the following three stages. Only candidates who qualify all three stages will get an Offer of Appointment:
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Stage 2: Personal Interview (with possible Group Discussion)
- Stage 3: Medical Fitness
