Eligibility Details
Candidates must meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
- Passed a 2-Year Vocational Course with the required subjects and 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
- Passed Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma), B. Pharma, or B.Sc. Pharmacy with at least 50% aggregate marks and a valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council / Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Candidates must also have passed 10+2 with PCB and English with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
Note: Marks will not be rounded off. For example, 49.99% will be treated as 49%.

Selection Procedure For IAF Airmen Intake 02/2027 Medical Assistant
The selection process for IAF Airmen (Medical Assistant Trade) consists of the following phases:
Phase-I: Online Test
Candidates must appear for an objective-type online examination.
Exam Details:
- Duration: 45 Minutes
- Mode: Online (Objective Type)
- Language: English & Hindi (Except English Section)
Subjects Covered:
- English
- Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA)
Marking Scheme:
- Correct Answer: +1 Mark
- Wrong Answer: -0.25 Mark
- Unattempted Question: 0 Mark
Candidates must qualify in each section separately to be shortlisted for the next phase.
Phase-II: Document Verification & Physical Tests
Shortlisted candidates will be called to the Airmen Selection Centre (ASC) for:
- Document Verification
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Adaptability Test-I
- Adaptability Test-II

Phase-III: Medical Examination
Candidates who qualify Phase-II will undergo a detailed medical examination conducted by the Indian Air Force Medical Team.
The medical examination may include:
- Blood Tests
- Urine Test
- Chest X-Ray
- ECG
- Other tests as required by the medical authorities
Candidates found medically unfit may be dealt with as per Air Force medical rules.
Final Selection
- Provisional Select List (PSL): Prepared based on performance in all selection stages and medical fitness.
- Enrolment List: Final enrolment list will be published on 01 June 2027.
Final selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit, medical fitness, and availability of vacancies.
