RRVUNL Junior Accountant & Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II: Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
There is no interview for either post. Selection is made purely on the basis of written exam performance (and a type test for Junior Assistant/ Commercial Assistant-II).
1. Junior Accountant (Single Phase)
A computer-based competitive exam of 120 minutes, divided into two parts:

Phase-I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Stage-1 (Pre-Exam): Screening only, no weightage in final merit. Covers Reasoning, Mathematics, GK/Science, and Hindi/English. No negative marking.
- Stage-2 (Main-Exam): 40% weightage in final merit. Same pattern as Stage-1. Negative marking is applicable.
Phase-II: Type Writing Test
- 60% weightage in final merit.
- Includes Hindi and English speed and efficiency tests, 25 marks each, 10 minutes each.
- PwBD candidates get average marks based on Phase-I Main exam performance, instead of the type test.
Minimum Passing Marks
- UR Candidates: Minimum 30% marks in each Part/Phase.
- Reserved Category Candidates: Minimum 20% marks in each Part/Phase.
