Mining Sirdar & Assistant Foreman Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
WCL will select candidates through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification and a merit panel.
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Total Questions: 100 (1 mark each, total 100 marks)
- Part 1 – General Aptitude: 20 Questions
- Part 2 – Technical: 80 Questions
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Question Type: Multiple Choice (4 options)

- Test Language: Bilingual (English & Hindi)

Stage 2: Document Scrutiny / Verification
