Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
Selection will be based on an Online Test followed by an Interview. The Online Test carries 75% weightage and the Interview carries 25% weightage in the final merit.

Examination Centres
The Online Test will be held at various centres in Delhi and NCR. Requests for change of centre, venue, date or session will not be entertained, and SPMCIL may add, remove or change a candidate’s allotted centre.
