RCFL Apprentice 2062: Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
RCF Ltd. does not conduct any written exam or interview for apprentice engagement. Selection is made purely on merit.
Merit List Preparation
- Merit is based on the percentage of marks scored in the essential qualifying course.
- Candidates graded in CGPA/CPI must convert it to percentage and enter it online, then show a conversion formula certificate from their institute during Document Verification.
Tie-Breaker Rule
- Candidate with a higher educational qualification is ranked above others with equal marks.
- If qualification is also equal, higher marks in the preceding qualification decide the rank.
Document Verification & Engagement
- Shortlisted candidates get a Document Verification call over email.
- Engagement starts only after successful verification and contract approval on the NATS/NAPS portal.
