- Food-related courses: Food Engineering, Food Processing and Preservation, Food Technology and Management, Food Biotechnology, Food Safety and Quality Management, or a related subject.
- Technology and agriculture courses: Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Horticulture, or an allied subject.
- Science and medical courses: Veterinary Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medicine, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS, or BSRMS.
