Selection Process
Selection may include scrutiny of applications, an online test, a psychometric test, a Group Discussion (GD) and/or a Personal Interview (PI), as decided by the Bank.

- Sections 1, 2 and 3 are qualifying only – marks scored there will not count towards the final merit list. Minimum qualifying marks for each section are decided by the Bank.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. No penalty applies to unanswered questions.
- PwBD candidates using a scribe get compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour.
Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI)
- Candidates are shortlisted for GD/PI on the basis of their written/online test score, or their qualification and experience.
- If candidates tie on the same cut-off marks, the one with a higher age is ranked first.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the Personal Interview: 60% for General/EWS, 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
- The final merit list combines scores of the Online Test and/or PI, as applicable, subject to qualifying in every stage.
