SBI SCO Specialist Cadre Officer 2026: Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
There is no written test in this recruitment. Selection runs through three stages: shortlisting, interview, and CTC negotiation.
Stage 1: Shortlisting
- A Shortlisting Committee screens all applications.
- Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview call – SBI decides its own shortlisting parameters based on qualification, experience and suitability.
Stage 2: Interview (100 Marks)
- Shortlisted candidates attend one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interviews.
- The interview is worth 100 marks; the qualifying cut-off is decided by the Bank.
Stage 3: CTC Negotiation & Merit List
- CTC is negotiated one-on-one with each candidate during or after the interview.
