Probationary Officer (CA) Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern

Selection for this post is not based on a written exam. It is done through the following stages:

Stage 1: Shortlisting

Applications are shortlisted at the Bank’s discretion. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the next stage.

Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD)

Shortlisted candidates may be called for a Group Discussion round.

Stage 3: Personal Interview (PI)

Final selection is based on performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

  • Shortlisting is provisional; original documents are verified at the time of interview and joining
  • Selected candidates must sign a minimum 2-year service agreement, backed by a bond of ₹1,50,000
  • Probation period: 1 year, confirmed on satisfactory performance
