Eligibility Details
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, along with a 120-hour computer course from a Government-recognized institution, or an equivalent ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC.

SSSB, Punjab Clerk (Common Cadre): Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
Selection for the Clerk (Common Cadre) post is done through a 3-phase process: a written exam, a typing test, and counselling with document verification.
Phase I: Written Examination
- Part-A (Punjabi Language Test): Matriculation level, qualifying in nature only. Candidates must score at least 50% marks to clear this part.
- Part-B (Main Paper): Each question carries 1 mark, with 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer. Final merit is based only on Part-B marks.
Phase II: Typing Skill Test (Qualifying)

Phase III: Counselling & Document Verification

- If still tied, the candidate with a higher graduation percentage is preferred.
