RPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer APO Recruitment 2026: Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
- Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type)
- Final Merit List
Note: Final selection will be based only on the marks obtained in the Main Examination. Marks of the Preliminary Exam will not be considered for final merit.
Exam Pattern
Preliminary Examination
- Objective-type exam
- Law Subjects: 70% Weightage
- Hindi & English Language: 30% Weightage
- Around 15 times the category-wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Exam
- Each question has 5 options; if not attempting a question, the 5th option must be marked
- Leaving more than 10% questions completely blank will lead to disqualification
