RPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer APO Recruitment 2026: Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern

  1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
  2. Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type)
  3. Final Merit List

Note: Final selection will be based only on the marks obtained in the Main Examination. Marks of the Preliminary Exam will not be considered for final merit.

  • Law Subjects: 70% Weightage
  • Hindi & English Language: 30% Weightage
  • Around 15 times the category-wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Exam
