Selection Process
The selection process for this recruitment consists of the following stages:
- Application Screening – Applications are screened based on the candidate’s age, educational qualification, and work experience.
- Shortlisting – Eligible candidates are shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the post.
- Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI) – Shortlisted candidates are called for a GD and/or Personal Interview. Candidates must qualify in this stage to proceed further.
- Document Verification (DV) – Original documents and certificates are verified.
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT) – Candidates must be declared medically fit as per the Bank’s medical standards.
- Final Selection – Selection is based on the candidate’s overall performance and successful completion of all required stages.
Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on 1 year of probation from the date of joining.
